Introduction
If you have been notified that there are outstanding requirements for your Financial Aid application, you can view those requirements by completing the following steps.
1. Log in to the MySUNYEmpire Student Portal and click on the Icon for Self Service Banner:
2. Go to the Financial Aid tab. Click My Financial Aid.
3. Select the appropriate Award Year on the top right-hand side of the page.
4. Proceed to follow the instructions for unsatisfied Student Requirements. Note: Click on the carrot to view more information about the requirement(s) and/or click on the requirement itself for a direct link to the requirement/form. The status of Established indicates an unsatisfied requirement.
