Introduction
How to log into both the Application System and MySUNYEmpire and if needed how to follow up with login issues.
Application Login
Go to apply.sunyempire.edu
Enter your username and password. Also, you must click on the reCAPTCHA (to prove that, at this time, you are indeed not a robot).
If you do not know your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link to reset it.
If you are experiencing login issues that cannot be resolved by a password reset, click Contact the IT Service Desk.
On the ITS homepage you can interact with the IT Team in several ways:
- You can call them at the number provided on the page.
- Email them using the address displayed.
- Initiate a live chat by clicking the following:

Click on MySUNYEmpire on the public-facing webpage of www.sunyempire.edu. Or simply type my.sunyempire.edu in your browser’s address bar.
