Introduction
Students can update their personal/forwarding email address, phone number, and mailing address via Self Service Banner.
1) Please login to MySUNYEmpire.
2) Select the Self-Service Banner icon.
3) Select the Student Menu.
4) Select the My Student Information box.
Personal/forwarding email address, phone number, and mailing address can then be added, edited, and/or deleted.

Note: if you've changed your mailing address AND you receive refunds through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. you need to update your address with them as well. Contact them by visiting the BMTX, Inc. website.

Los estudiantes pueden actualizar su dirección de correo electrónico personal / de reenvío, número de teléfono y dirección postal a través del Banner de autoservicio.
1) Inicia sesión en MySUNYEmpire.
2) Selecciona el ícono de Banner de autoservicio.
3) Selecciona el Menú de estudiante.
4) Selecciona la casilla Mi información de estudiante.
A continuación, se puede agregar, editar y/o eliminar la dirección de correo electrónico personal / de reenvío, el número de teléfono y la dirección postal.

Nota: si has cambiado tu dirección postal y recibes reembolsos a través de BankMobile Disbursements, una solución tecnológica impulsada por BMTX, Inc., también necesitas actualizar tu dirección con ellos. Ponte en contacto con ellos visitando a BMTX, Inc. en su página web.
