Introduction

SUNY Empire State University evaluates the Joint Service Transcript (JST) and attempts to accept every credit into the degree plan. Our Military Outreach Coordinators complete an unofficial Evaluated Education Plan (EEP) for every military member, veteran, or spouse. The plan combines JST credits with all other transferred university credits and recommends courses.

Requesting an Evaluated Education Plan (EEP)

Please email military.programs@sunyempire.edu to be assigned an Empire State University Military Outreach Coordinator. You will need to provide:

  • A copy of your JST or CCAF transcript (even if an associate degree was not completed)
  • Unofficial transcripts from any other universities attended

We can assist you in choosing an undergraduate area of study and concentration. The EEP is unofficial but provides a thorough assessment of where you stand in completing your desired degree with SUNY Empire State University.
