Accessing Your Class Roster in the Self-Service Banner

Introduction

The following is a visual guide in how to access your course roster in the self-service banner.

  1. Click the Self-Service Banner icon on the MySUNYEmpire Faculty homepage.

  2. Click on Faculty Services.

  3. Click on Class Roster.

  4. Select the term and enter the CRN (course reference number) for the course. Click the magnifying glass and the course info will pull up. By clicking on the subject code and course number under Subject (highlighted below) you will be able to pull up the class roster.

  5. Here is the class roster with students’ information. Students can be emailed from this page.
