Introduction
The following steps will guide you in the process of ordering a duplicate diploma.
1. Go to online ordering form & select Ordering your own credentials or academic records:
2. Initially students will need to create a log-in for Parchment:
3. Fill out all fields with a red asterisk (*) and select Create Account & Continue.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Take the confirmation code from the email and enter it into the confirmation code field. Select Submit:
5. Next, fill out all fields with a red asterisk (*) select Continue.
6. Once your account is created, log-in a second time with your email address and password:
7. Select Order.
8. Next, set the delivery destination. There is the option to search by an institution address, or send to self or another individual. Fill out the recipient information and select Continue.
9. Fill out all fields with a red asterick (*) select Continue.
10. Continue by providing consent. The signature is not required but is recommended.
11. Select Continue.
12. Review the order on the Order Summary page. If desired, there is the option to add another item to the order before completing. If set, select Complete Order.
From there, a credit card screen will appear to enter payment details. Finalize.
The order is now authorized and paid.
Emails will be sent with status updates; however, orders can also be tracked by logging into Parchment and selecting the Orders tab at the top right of the screen.
