Adding a Coaching Appointment to the Student Record

 

Once on the student record, scroll down halfway down the page and you’ll see the activities box.

To add a Coaching Appointment, click the three ellipses in the Activities box, and then select ‘ESC Coaching Appointment.’


After selecting the ‘ESC Coaching Appointment’ option, you’ll be brought to the following screen. Complete the circled fields in the form below:



Once you have filled out all appropriate fields and any necessary information, click ‘Save’ at the top and then click ‘Mark Complete.’ If you would like to come back to this appointment later, if you need to add more notes or are not ready to complete the appointment, click ‘Save & Close.’

 

*Note: Saving and closing the appointment DOES NOT complete it.



After you click ‘Mark Complete,’ the coaching appointment will appear on the student’s record in the Activities section as such:
