View an Advisee’s Course Registrations

Introduction:

Steps for Faculty to view a student’s course registration list as well as their Student profile page.

View my Advisee’s Course Registration

To check the courses that your advisee has registered for, please sign into the ESC portal at https://my.esc.edu.

  • Select the “Banner Self Services” icon.

 

 

  • Click on the “Faculty Services” icon.

 

 

  • Choose the “Advisee Student Profile” link

 

 

  • Choose the term you wish to investigate. Then search by your advisee’s Student ID, Student Email or Student Name. Note: If searching by the Student ID, you must precede the ID with “B0”.   For example, an ID of 0746522 with the B and the zero in front is B00746522.

 

  • Enter the Student Id or the Student Name in the Student Id field.

 

  

The Students profile page appears below with the students registered courses in the lower right quadrant.
