Steps for Faculty to view a student’s course registration list as well as their Student profile page.
View My Advisee’s Course Registration
To check the courses that your advisee has registered for, please sign into the SUNY Empire portal at https://my.sunyempire.edu.
- Select the Banner Self Services icon.
- Click on the Faculty Services icon.
- Choose the Advisee Student Profile link.
- Choose the term you wish to investigate. Then search by your advisee’s Student ID, Student Email, or Student Name. Note: If searching by the Student ID, you must precede the ID with "B0". For example, ID 0746522 becomes B00746522.
- Enter the Student ID or the Student Name in the Student Id field.
The student’s profile page appears below with the student’s registered courses in the lower right quadrant.
