NOTE: All online editors have certain quirks. If something becomes too much of a struggle, like formatting lists or tables, send in a service request for help.

IMPORTANT:FILTER ALL TEXT in the Body field to remove unwanted styles. Do this before adding images.

HOW TO filter the text:

  1. Copy text from your source file (usually a Word document).  ( CTRL+A followed by CTRL+C )
  2. Paste the text into the Body field. ( CTRL+V )
  3. Select all the text and cut it from the Body field. ( CTRL+A followed by CTRL+X )  -- YES it may seem like the first three steps are unnecessary, but they tend to filter more unwanted code.
  4. Click the “Paste from Word” icon.
  5. Paste the text into the box that pops up. ( use CTRL+V to paste )
  6. Click the “Insert” button (lower left)
  7. Now format the text with images, etc …

Alternate Method:

Alternatively, you can first paste the test into a text only editor like “Notepad” or “TextEdit”. Then cut it from the text editing software into the online editor.
