Using Citrix Connect

Relevant To: Faculty, Staff and Vendors

Introduction:

Citrix Connect is a method of accessing internal SUNY Empire services without the use of a VPN. 


Accessing Applications within Citrix Connect

          1. In your Internet browser’s address bar, navigate to https://connect.esc.edu   

             2. Click on “Use Light Version” option  

 

            

             3. Use your Empire State University username (your email address without the @sunyempire.edu) along with your current password, and select 'Log On'

 

         The Application Icons for the apps you have permission to access will show on the page.

      4. Click on the Apps Icon and the Application will either launch in its own Internet browser window, or open a new tab while sharing the same browser as another Application.

 

 


For Vendors: 

Select the Windows 10 Base icon to launch a virtual desktop at SUNY Empire

Monitor Icon to launch virtual desktop
