Mentor Petition Status Report

Information Categories
- Banner ID & Student Name – Student information that allows you to find specific petitions
- Petition – ID number for the petition
- Request Date & Requestor – The date of the initial petition submission and the name of the person who submitted it
- Decision – Will tell you if and what decision has been made
- State – Will show whether the petition is complete or still in-progress
- Program – The academic program of the student who is the subject of the petition
- Performer – Will indicate which working group the petition is with
- DWGrp – the Degree Works Team
- DAR – the Directors of Academic Review
- TRGrp – the Transfer Team
- DeptChr – the Department Chair
Filter and Search Fields
- Filters – Allows you to filter by either ‘Complete’ or ‘In-Progress’ petitions
- Requestor – Allows you to filter by the name of the person who requested the petition; a selection of ‘null’ in this context will show petitions by all requestors
- ID – Allows you to search by a specific student ID and pulls up all petitions for that student

When you click on a specific student on the petition report, you’ll see information populate beneath the report:
- Denial Reason & Approval Notes – Will show any notes given about why the petition was denied or approved, specifically for a completed petition
- Relevant Info – The same as the ‘Relevant Info’ field above
- Download Grid – Clicking on this will download an Excel spreadsheet of all petitions and fields selected/filtered
