Submitting a Copy of Your Social Security Card
Required Document: You have an unsatisfied requirement with the Office of Financial Aid. Please submit a copy of your Social Security Card. You may upload this document to https://sunyempire.leapfile.net or fax it to 518-580-4863.
In addition, this notification will appear in your financial aid student portal as an unsatisfied requirement.
