Unusual Enrollment History
The Department of Education has indicated that you have received a Pell grant and/or a Federal Direct Subsidized or Unsubsidized loan within the last 4 years from a college for which we do not have a transcript on file. Therefore, before federal aid can be determined you are required to submit all transcripts of any college you have attended within this time frame. You must have earned academic credit at each institution during any of the relevant school years in which you also received a Pell grant and/or a Federal Direct Subsidized or Unsubsidized loan. If you did not receive academic credit or if you choose not to submit the transcript(s) listed in your Financial Aid messages, then you must submit a letter explaining why you were not able to successfully complete your studies along with third-party documentation that supports your claim. Please contact your previous college listed below and request official transcripts to be mailed directly to Empire State University, Admissions Office, 113 West Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Please check your Financial Aid messages to find out which transcripts we need in order to move forward with processing your financial aid application. If you are not sure how to locate your Financial Aid messages, please follow the instructions in our View Your Financial Aid Messages Knowledge Base article.
