Annual Authorization to Pay Indirect Charges
In order for SUNY Empire State University to use federal financial aid to cover any indirect charges on your account, such as late fees, etc., please select this link to provide this required authorization. You must give your authorization each year.
Step-by-Step Guide
From the Self-Service Banner, locate and select the Financial Aid tab.
When you are in the Financial Aid dashboard, you will see a red banner titled "Questions from the Financial Aid Office", select View Questions.
The first question you will see will be "Indirect Charge Authorization"
When you have reviewed the question and made your decision, please select your answer and then submit.
