Camera and/or Microphone Not Working

If your camera and/or microphone is not working, you can try to leave and re-enter the meeting with the same “Join” the meeting invitation link that you were originally sent.

In the lobby, check that your microphone and camera are set to the hardware that you want/need to use (the default setting is to your device).

· Please Note: web browsers may require you to “Allow” the browser permission to use your hardware. This can appear in a pop-up at the top of the browser. If pop-ups are blocked on your device, click on the “Site Identity” icon in the address bar (it looks like a padlock) to see if your browser is set to “Allow” your hardware.
