Empire State University delivers your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, inc.
How to select a refund preference.
If a credit balance remains on an account after all tuition and related charges are paid by authorized financial aid, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of received financial aid funds. In order to receive their refunds as quickly as possible, students should select a refund preference. If a student does not select a refund preference, BMTX, Inc will mail a check to the address on file with your school. You will receive instructions from BMTX, Inc. on how to select your refund preference. Please visit BankMobile Disbursements for additional information.
Note: Students will not be selected to receive a refund selection kit until their FAFSA is on file and they have registered for their first term.
