Setting a Default Dashboard

You can login to Advise by using your MySUNYEmpire credentials here: https://esccrm.elluciancrmadvise.com/ (Be sure to choose ‘Other Organization’ on the main page which will direct you to the login page).

The following system dashboard may appear by default, but you can change this by toggling the drop-down arrow near the title of the dashboard.

After clicking the drop-down, you’ll see a list of dashboards that you have access to. Select the dashboard that you plan to use most if you have more than one listed, as you can set this dashboard as your default.

This is an example list of dashboards. Every user will have a different and unique list of dashboards.

After you select your dashboard from the drop-down list, it will open, and you will have the following options listed at the top. Click on ‘Set as Default’ so this dashboard appears first anytime you open or login to Advise.

Note: You may have to set the default dashboard a couple times for it to ‘stick,’ if you notice that when logging in or refreshing your screen, a different dashboard is appearing.
