What is the Transfer Evaluation System (TES) by CollegeSource?

The Transfer Evaluation System (TES) by CollegeSource is a transfer information resource found at https://tes.collegesource.com/. Any SUNY Empire faculty or staff member may request a TES account.

Staff/faculty with TES accounts can log in to view the following:

  • College catalogs from other institutions
  • Transfer institution information
  • SUNY Empire's list of current transfer equivalencies

There is also a public view of TES here. Anyone with the link can use the public view to browse SUNY Empire's list of current transfer equivalencies. However, some information, such as the repository of college catalogs, is only available to those who log in. 

Request an Account

Any SUNY Empire faculty or staff member may request a TES account. Take the following steps to do so:

  1. Email RegistrarsOffice@SUNYEmpire.edu
  2. In the body of the email, specify your name, title, and that you are requesting a TES account.
  3. In the following couple of days, watch out for an email titled "TES Account Password Setup" from tes@collegesource.com. The link to set your password expires 48 hours after receiving the email, so follow the steps in the message as soon as possible once you receive it.
