Steps to Logging Into a Mac
- Restart your computer.
- Sign into the Mac Profile to unlock the disk.
- Use your
firstname.lastname@sunyempire.edu for the Azure SSO (single sign on) screen and on the Microsoft Entra (AzureAD) dialog to confirm your password.
You should now see JAMF Connect with your correct domain name (@sunyempire.edu).
