How to Download All Discussion Posts in a Thread

How to Download All Discussion Posts in a Thread

1. Go to Course Menu> Discussions
2. Go to Settings (Gear at top right corner)
3. Under Default View choose Grid View
4. Click Save
5. Click on the Discussion Title to view the posts.
6. Click the box to choose all discussion posts. This includes all original posts and responses.
7. Click Print.
   
8. A new window will open with the full Discussion thread.
9. Select Print at the bottom left corner.
10. Save as a PDF to your device.

Redacting the document.

1. Open the file in Adobe.
2. Go to All Tools
3. Choose Redact a PDF.
4. Use the cursor to highlight sensitive information.
5. A red box should appear around the information you wish to redact.
6. Continue through the document until you have highlighted all sensitive information.
7. Click Apply.
8. You will be prompted to Save the file as redacted version.
