Import IDs or PIDMs (GJRPSIM) Process

The Import list of IDs and PIDMs (GJRPSIM) process allows an institution to import an external CSV fiile containing a list of either IDs or PIDMs organized in a single column with a header, into the existing Population Selection Extract Base (GLBEXTR) table.  This feature provides an easy way to import IDs and PIDMs into an existing Population Selection to conduct further business processing accordingly.

  1. Save the Excel list as a .csv file with only the column header (ID) and student ID numbers.
  2. To import your file, go to GJAJFLU. Enter GJRJFLU as the job and click GO.
