The university license agreement renews annually in August, and licenses purchased after that time are prorated based on the number of months until the next renewal. Adobe Creative Cloud is only available as a subscription and if the software is not renewed it will expire and become non-functional. Please note that this license is per-user and is tied to the user's e-mail address. It cannot be used for multiple people on the same machine.

Once approved by the supervisor and ITS, the software will be available to the requester for installation on the university computer using the Software Center or the Company Portal. A notification will be sent to the requestor with instructions for installation of the software.
