Summary
The Dashboard you are presented with will be specific to your role and available actions, making it easy to do your work and exit the system. Upon login you will be presented with a welcome message displaying the number of open tasks you have to complete.
The search dialog box (The default text is "Looking for something..." ) and the Filters button provide you with tools to locate a specific syllabus. You can search by Term, Subject Code, Organization (College), or Keyword search. The View drop down will change the display from Columns to List. The Instructor search may not work for all roles.
Instructor Dashboard
The Instructor dashboard lists Syllabus that are To Do and Completed Items. In most cases, these will be syllabi that an instructor is responsible for in an upcoming term. However, Instructors may see previous or current term syllabi in some instances (Including Fall Term 2026 which do not need to be edited). These can be removed from view by selecting the term you wish to view in the Term drop down menu.
- To Do: This column includes items that require an instructor’s attention, such as syllabi that need to be edited and submitted by the instructor. These syllabi can be adjusted by clicking Edit.
- Completed: This column includes syllabi that have been completed (published to students). These syllabi can be updated by clicking Edit.
When there is a green checkmark next to the syllabus/Course Master, this means that the document has already been published.
