Steps for canceling or making changes to an existing tutoring appointment in TracCloud.

How to Cancel a TracCloud Tutoring Appointment

  1. Go to the TracCloud dashboard at - https://traccloud.go-redrock.com/esc
  2. Login with your My.SUNYEmpire login
  3. Find the appointment record on your dashboard. Click "week" if you don't see your scheduled appointment
  4. Click the X (marked E below) to cancel your appointment.

How to Make Changes to a TracCloud Tutoring Appointment

  1. Go to the TracCloud dashboard at - https://traccloud.go-redrock.com/esc
  2. Login with your SUNY Empire login
  3. Find the appointment record on your dashboard. Click "week" if you don't see your scheduled appointment.

  4. Click the pencil icon (marked F above) if you wish to add a note or upload a document to your existing appointment.
         A link to the meeting will also be available here when it is time for the appointment.
