Introduction
LEARNscape in Brightspace provides every course its own space called the Course Media Gallery. Think of this gallery as a place where faculty can provide a list of all videos within the course for quick access. Any video that faculty have uploaded to LEARNscape can be published to any Brightspace course's Course Media Gallery.
More importantly, only videos embedded in the course by a SUNY Empire employee using the Insert Stuff button can be also found in the Course Media Gallery. Those videos added to a course using the Insert Quicklink button will not be found in the Course Media Gallery.
Publish to the Course Media Gallery
- Determine the course you would like to publish media to and open that course inside of Brightspace.
- Within that course go to Tools under the course navbar and choose Course Media Gallery.
- From here use the +Add Media button to add from your LEARNscape account or...
- You can also use the Add New option to add a Media Upload, or Express Capture , click the drop-down for the course.
