Introduction

This article will provide the steps to register for your courses using the Find Classes tab.

 

Register using the Find Classes tab

1. Go to MySUNYEmpire Student Portal

2. Select the Registration and Course Offerings icon.

3. Select Begin or Modify Registration. (Please note: if Begin or Modify does not appear among the options, click Register for Classes instead.)

4. Enter the Term and click Continue.

5. Go to the Find Classes tab and input your course subject and course number. Note: the below image provides search criteria definitions. Finding courses does not require completing all search criteria.

6. Add the courses to your Summary (lower right hand corner) that you wish to register for.

*TIP* The toggle button in the middle of the screen and the Panels button allows you to maximize and minimize your view.


7. Click the Submit button to complete your registration.  The status will change to Registered.

1. Ve al Portal del estudiante MySUNYEmpire

2. Selecciona el ícono "Inscripción y oferta de cursos".

3. Selecciona "Iniciar o modificar inscripción." (Ten en cuenta: si "Comenzar o modificar" (Begin or Modify) no aparece entre las opciones, haz clic en Matricularte para clases)

4. Ingresa el ciclo académico y haz clic en "Continuar"

5. Ve a la pestaña "Buscar clases" e ingresa el tema y el número del curso. Nota: la siguiente imagen proporciona definiciones de criterios de búsqueda. Para buscar cursos no es necesario completar todos los criterios de búsqueda

6. Agrega los cursos en los que deseas matricularte a tu "Resumen" (esquina inferior derecha)

*CONSEJO* El botón de alternancia en el centro de la pantalla y el botón de paneles te permiten maximizar y minimizar la vista.


7. Haz clic en el botón "Enviar" (Submit) para completar tu inscripción.  El estatus cambiará a Matriculado.
