Workaround
To access Banner Admin there are two proposed work-around:
1. Use Firefox or the latest Edge browsers.
2. Disable this Chrome Browser setting
a. Open Chrome copy the following content from step b into the URL field – Press Enter:
b. chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies
c. From the drop-down list select Disabled – Click Relaunch
Cause
ITEC and SICAS have determined these errors are caused by the SameSite settings in Chrome. The cause is normally that your SSO service’s cookies don’t include a SameSite attribute (e.g. None, Strict).
Chrome 90 update now defaults SameSite attribute setting to Lax which prevents the cookie from being passed to the Banner 9 domain if different from SSO domain.
