Mitel Connect Application for Windows PC and MAC

Introduction

Mitel Connect for a Windows or MAC computer desktop is one of the Mitel Connect Applications for Cloud. Mitel Connect extends voice and unified communications applications to your desktop and enables cellular calling. This app enables you to use your own mobile device for both business calls without revealing your personal phone information to callers.

• To install on an SUNY Empire computer,  review the instructions for installing the Mitel software using the Software Center application installed on all university computers or contact the IT Service Desk

Download and Install Mitel Connect

1.   Go to the Mitel Connect Applications for Cloud web page.

2.   Scroll to the Mitel Connect for Windows and Mac section click the Download for PC & MAC.

3.   Depending upon which Web Browser you use, this file will be downloaded to a different area on your computer.

4.   Double Click on the MitelConnect.exe installation file to install on your Windows pc or MAC.
