Using the Class Roster in Self Service Banner as an Administrator

Introduction

The information below provides the steps to access the Class Roster in Self Service Banner and ways to export the information.


Accessing the Class Roster and Exporting Information

 

1. In SSB Faculty Servicesclick on Class Roster.

 

 

 

2. Click on Select a Term to choose the term you are looking for.

 

 

3. You will see a list of all courses being offered for that term.

 

 

 

4. Enter your search criteria (i.e. CRN, Subject and Course number, Title) into the search box to find the class roster.

 

5. Click on the Subject CodeCourse numberSection number under the Subject heading to access the roster.

 

 

6. You can print or export the roster into an excel spreadsheet. (see right hand corner)

 

7. You can email one, more, or all students in the class. Use the check boxes on the left to identify who to email. Then click on the blue envelope to create the email.
