If you are having difficulty accessing the Global Protect VPN you may need to update the Global Protect VPN settings. Please see below to ensure your GlobalProtect client is configured to use the correct connection.
Open the up carrot (^) in your system tray to the left of the time. In the icons that pop up, you should see a grayed-out Globe icon with a red X
Click on the Globe
Check the Portals on the General Tab in the GlobalProtect Settings window:
If you see vpn2.esc.edu, proceed to step 6 below.
If it is blank or if it lists afterburner.vpn.esc.edu, then you will need to Add a New Portal
