In this article, we will explore the information that you can find in the Student Profile.

How to find the Student Profile.

Log in to MySUNYEmpire. Click on Self-Service Banner.

Click on the Student Tab. Click on Student Profile.

What information can I find on the Student Profile?

The image below shows the Student Profile view. *Note that the term displayed in the upper left hand corner is reflective of the information shown on the profile page.

1. Student's overall standing, total credit hours, and GPA.

2. Registration notices and holds on the student's account.

3. Biographical information: email, phone number, date of birth. (See link below for updating personal information.)

4. Curriculum information: degree, level, program, university, major, hours, GPA. (See link below for changing your degree or major.)

5. General information: level, current status, campus, last term of attendance.

6. Current registered courses (for the semester selected): title, number, registration status, instructor. (See links below for how to add/drop courses.)

7. Graduation information: graduation application link, awarded degree, term and date of award.

8. Mentor's name.

9. Curriculum and Courses (what the current Profile screen is displaying), Prior Education and Testing, Registration and Planning, and the Student Academic Transcript (final grades and earned credits).

Cómo encontrar el Perfil del estudiante. 

Inicia sesión en MySUNYEmpire. Haz clic en Banner Auto-Servicio (Self-Service Banner.) 

Haz clic en la pestaña de Estudiante (Student). Luego, haz clic en Perfil del estudiante (My Student Profile).

¿Qué información puedo encontrar en el Perfil del estudiante? 

La imagen a continuación muestra la vista del Perfil del estudiante. *Ten en cuenta que el ciclo que se muestra en la esquina superior izquierda refleja la información presentada en la página del perfil. 

1. Situación general del estudiante, total de horas de crédito y promedio general de calificaciones (GPA). 

2. Avisos de matriculaciones y bloqueos (Registration Notices and Holds) temporales en la cuenta del estudiante. 

3. Información biográfica (Biographical Information): correo electrónico, número de teléfono, fecha de nacimiento. (Consulta el enlace a continuación para actualizar tu información personal). 

4. Información del plan de estudios (Carriculum Information): carrera, nivel, programa, universidad, especialización, horas, promedio de calificaciones -GPA. (Consulta el enlace a continuación para cambiar tu título o especialización). 

5. Información general (General Information): nivel, estado actual, campus, último ciclo de asistencia. 

6. Cursos inscritos actualmente (Current Registered Courses) (para el ciclo seleccionado): título, número, estado de matrícula, instructor. (Consulta los enlaces a continuación para saber cómo añadir / eliminar cursos). 

7. Información de graduación (Graduation Information): enlace a la solicitud de graduación, título otorgado, ciclo y fecha de otorgamiento. 

8. Nombre del mentor (Mentor’s name). 

9. Plan de estudios y cursos (lo que se muestra en la pantalla de Perfil actual), educación y pruebas previas, registro y planificación y el expediente académico del estudiante (calificaciones finales y créditos obtenidos).
