The information provided in this form will be forwarded to the Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Integrated Technologies for evaluation and follow-up. Requests are reviewed weekly, and initial feedback will be provided within one week.

This service can be used to create a Workflow process for enterprise systems including Banner, SharePoint and others . Workflows can collect data from an individual or system and then pass it along various channels for further action or approval. A Workflow should be requested if you need to for pass information or tasks to other individuals inside or outside your department. A Workflow should not be requested for standard Reports.
